2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you provide voluntarily when you contact us:
- Contact form data: name, e-mail, phone/WhatsApp, service of interest and the message you write.
- Direct communications: information you share when talking to us via WhatsApp or e-mail.
This is an institutional website and it does not create accounts, logins or store your data in a database of its own. When you use the "Contact Us" form, the data you fill in is used to open a conversation on WhatsApp, meaning the message is sent by you directly to Quality Lean through the app.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your request and provide service;
- To send information about the consulting services you requested;
- To maintain the contact and the business relationship you initiated.
We do not use your data for purposes other than these without your consent, and we do not sell your personal data.
4. Legal basis for processing (LGPD)
Processing is based on your consent and on the need to carry out preliminary procedures related to a contract, when you request information or a proposal (Article 7, items I and V, of the LGPD).

- Images hosted at qualityleanemfoco.com.br;
- WhatsApp links (Meta), when you click to talk to us.
